For products that are in stock and can be delivered by courier companies, the deadline is 24 – 72 hours after an operator confirms the order.

For products that are ON ORDER or that are NOT in stock and that can be delivered by courier companies, the deadline is a maximum of 14 days from the confirmation of the order by an operator.

The Architectural Profiles For Facade (can NOT be delivered by express courier) have a maximum delivery time of 7 days through the DECOLİFE fleet, to which can be added, if necessary, the execution time which is 7 – 10 working days from the order confirmation by an operator.

The transportation cost for orders under 1000 RON is determined by the courier for each order. For orders over 1000 RON, transportation is free for the areas covered by the transportation network. Additional kilometers are charged according to the transportation network. For additional kilometers you will be contacted by an operator.

Order not fulfilled

If you placed your order online or by e-mail, even if you have received an e-mail registering your order, but you have not been contacted by our operators for validation, call one of the numbers displayed on the website, as there may have been some problems with the server or the website. Orders that can NOT be validated by phone by our operators will NOT be delivered.

Returning products

In accordance with applicable law, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the purchased product by notifying our company in writing in advance.

The returned product must be intact and in the same condition in which it was shipped, including packaging. Products that are damaged, soiled or have been altered at the customer’s request cannot be returned.

Custom products can NOT be returned.

The customer is responsible for the transportation costs for returning the products.

If it is found that the goods are damaged on delivery by courier, the customer is obliged to fill in a report signed by the employee of the courier company. Only then does he or she refuse the damaged product and another one will be delivered instead on the basis of the report.

Any complaint regarding product non-compliance shall be made within 48 hours. Further complaints will not be considered.

In accordance with art. 11 of Law 449/2003 each customer can request in case of lack of conformity, repair, replacement of the product or return of its value.
